  1. Judging by your post below you've sniffed a ton of glue in your time. Storm should win by 28.
  2. Game of the year. High intensity, big hits and went down to the wire. Great watch.
  3. No-one remembers the April premier. The Dogs have had a lot of luck and that always swings both ways eventually. Just look at the Storm - lucky to beat the Dragons after a the refs fkd up, then Karma struck them a quick, harsh blow when denied a fair try which allowed the Raiders to snatch a win.
  4. Have you even watched a game? Lillyman is the best performed player out there for the Warriors. Most metres run, most hitups and 4th in total tackles by a guy who gets 2 spells each game! Take the blinkers off and realise the Aussies are not the problem - in fact the Warriors need a Price, Campion, Luck or Cleary out there with them to help out Captain Mannering. A bit more composure and they'll start winning. They outplayed the Dogs for the majority of that match and had a chance to beat the Dragons - but they lacked composure when it mattered.
  5. Cheating scum alright. This pic sums up the mentality of the Storm. Caught in the biggest salary cap rort and do they show any sign of contrition? Of course not. Just act even more arrogant than before. Cheating is a built in characteristic of the club and always will be under Bellamy.
  6. And who plays 6? You've got a crap 7 in Hunt, no 6 and a dud fullback. Put Hoffman back to fullback you reckon? That didn't work so well last year when your mob finished 12th did it?!!
  7. And Barba! Wow, looking like one of the worst buys in recent memory. Couldn't catch a cold at the moment and can't even break the line.
  8. Bounced by two average teams in a row now. These Broncos are a mediocre mob. No halves and no X-factor = no chance. Broncos fans are an unusual lot though. As one-eyed as they come. Fail to realise they are no longer a top class outfit and live of success of decades past. Surely the coach will now be looking over his shoulder. His neck is on the chopping block!
  9. You should be more worried about your Brisbane Drongos Gruff. A once great club is crumbling: 3rd in 2011 8th in 2012 12th in 2013 Something is rotten at Suncorp!
  10. Rather disingenuous of Owen Glenn to play all this out in the media. He has made some dumb moves with the media in the past so not overly surprising. In any instance it looks like he's been caught telling porkies considering he no longer wanted to take part in any management decisions. Wayne Scurrah is the other fool in all of this. As a CEO he has overseen higher profits for the club but his lack of football nous has caught him out time and again. Letting Cleary go, thus forcing Hart out, signing his mate Bluey who most could see was a dud coach a long way out. Would love John Hart to come back and clear the whole mess up. The funny thing in all of this is that the Warriors are only 2 points of the team in second place!! Many are acting like the season is over, yet they have the same record as competition favourites the Roosters and Rabbits. Good luck to McFadden. He is highly regarded enough to be given the asst Kiwis gig (that he has just relinquished). Let's see what he can do.
  11. Yeah, the Hurricanes sure do get a lot of Press . . .
  12. It's interesting that the Eels are now being described as a good team by some of you. Certainly wasn't the case when they beat the Warriors. Funny that. The Eels aren't a good side at all - they're just a better since Dicky Stuart left. Corey Norman was poor for the Broncos and not much better this year, Sandow was so rubbish that he was dropped to reserve grade for much of last year and to start this year. Hayne is classy yet inconsistent. The Broncos-Eels was a good watch for the back and forward nature of the match. Their certainly wasn't too much skill on display and the defence was woeful at times by both teams. Two average teams boxing it out.
  13. Garbage performance alright. Complacency after 2 wins on the trot. It will be a congested table this year so still well on track for the 8. Would like to see some mongrel from the pack. Too little aggression is hurting them. Matagi will probably start next week to give them the agro from the get-go. They'll need it against thugs like Graham and Ennis next week.
  14. Yeah how about those Broncos!
  15. This thread title could also apply to Colin Craig. Another delusional idiot who is trying to buy his way into parliament.

Choke applies here. Even mccullum and guptill suggested as much.

Argh that was a choke. Well in control for most of that batting effort but cracked when the pressure came on. Credit to Steyn though - he was lethal.
  18. A good team wouldn't lose a game leading by 8 with 5 on the clock. The Broncos luck just ran out. You can only win games by scoring tries from kicks for so long. Pity they couldn't display any of the desperation that the Warriors showed in the toughest away game in the NRL.
  19.  @ the Broncos
  20. Dont bother with gruff dusty. He's way too chicken to actually back up his words with a cash bet. Deep down he knows the Warriors will be playing finals footy this year, hence he wont take you or me up in a bet.
  21. Looking at the size of Crusher it'd be a bloody large bill! Then again they're lucky Paula Bennett wasn't there. She would've sent them broke.
  22. It's captured his likeness brilliantly. Very neanderthal like - much like Laws with the idiotic things that come out of his mouth. Could he be the missing link? http://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/arts/9836729/Who-d-buy-this-hideous-Michael-Laws-portrait TradeMe HAUNTING: Hamilton artist Joshua Drummond has taken to TradeMe to rid himself of this disturbing artwork of former politician and radio host Michael Laws. Hamilton artist Joshua Drummond is attracting lots of attention on Trade Me - as well as some ''crazy'' bids - for a disturbing artwork of former politician and radio host Michael Laws. ''I did this horrible painting of popular New Zealand celebrity Michael Laws for a charity auction,'' Drummond explains in his Trade Me listing. ''No-one bought it. I don't really blame them, because if I'm being really honest it looks absolutely terrifying.'' The unframed stretched canvas is about 25 centimetres wide, 25 cm long, and ''infinitely deep''. ''I've thought about this a lot and I think the main problem is that it looks a bit too much like Michael Laws,'' Drummond joked. ''I keep trying to hide it in the house or chuck it out but it somehow always makes its way back to me. I can feel it staring at me, staring from dead black eyes. I fear it may be haunted. Don't let that stop you from buying it though.'' Drummond later observed via his Twitter account that bidding on the painting was over the $50 threshold. ''These people are crazy,'' he observed. Horrible Painting of Michael Laws is also drawing some intriguing comments and queries from Trade Me users. ''Was he acting in Planet of the Apes at the time?'' one asked, while another remarked that ''my dog just saw this and swallowed his own tongue''. Laws could not be reached this afternoon for his view of of the painting.
