I think it would fairer to other selectors if no one picks them up, to just donate the money and kill the extras.

Yeah,
the bet H2H is so open to corruption and it looks like the board/tab want to bloat and bluster about catching someone, but seemingly refuse to accept that the actual bet is sure fire recipe to dishonesty.

The weather, cloudy with patches of grey, some blue sky behind !
The track definitely heavy, but still a great surface, not a bog.
A vast array of talented young horses going around today, crying shame the track wasn't firmer.
The fields are taking a bit of hammering due to the track and dual acceptors, but there still some good sized fields.
I think some of the trainers will be surprised by how good the footing is.
So cruise along 16 and come to the races at Avondale and enjoy some western hospitality, cosy warm lounges, great beer, good food, all very well priced.
Free parking, free entry and superb viewing ...

RK - what's your point? For a start most readers wouldn't have a clue what section 34 of the Racing Act says. Secondly there are a list of gazetted rules relating to that section.
I daresay there is a reason for you making this post - what is it?
Can't find anything about it, other than a few vague points.
Seriously, boss, what better place to ask, than a racing channel !

Not really, all three of those would have had place bets (Fawk and Hawk did) on and if it was after, I would have promoted Panthers to 500 to win ...
The system is simple, a selection of horses that regularly place, over a year to get back 30-40 %, ie 13-14,000.
True profit would around 90 % plus.
alternatively you could bet $500 -1,000 on sports to turn over 2 to 5 dollars and only have to worry about TWO opponents.
but as I said, I don't intend to pretend, however if any .... wishes to invest 10,000 unsecured, then drop me a line ...

Can't do that,
1: It would bad karma and
2: You don't affect any divvies, so returns are incorrect.
But if I had, at the time I saw this, then would been 50 win on Penrith at 20 odd.
and various 1,000 dollar place bets, like Vespa (1.20) well under but better than the bank, Fawkner (2.70) !!! and Hawkspur the week b4.

When are PENRITH going to pay under $10 ..............
For weeks they were top or 2nd-3rd and paying 24 bucks to win, last week it finally dropped to 17 and now still 2nd equal with just 3 weeks to go, they are still paying $14 !!!
and I am kicking myself for not taking the Storm at 24s just 3 weeks ago .....
and PENRITH still 3rd equal on the table, just 2 pts from the leader, have gone back out to $ 20 !!!!!!!!!!!!
just crazy .....

I love spring and racing is just gonna be full on now ...
A bit disappointed that we going to lose VESPA and PUCCINI so soon, but wish all the connections well in their OZ endeavours ...
