Rider not onto it around first bend used much of the horse then didn't improve along back straight as horse is a bit one paced needs to be handy and can sustain being on pace but doesn't quicken on fast ground like other horses but is dead set honest n tries hard !

Would have gone close today with smarter ride !!!!

Could not believe my eyes when they let the other horses go to do preliminary without catching the mare - dumb n dangerous gate person and costly for the connections and could also have caused a far worse accident. I hope that person is reprimanded and goes away and hides full of shame. (And never sets foot near another horse or gate) !!

Hi havent seen a bot near my horses for years - but do know that bots can fly up to 6kms The secret to no bot is drench and drench at the end of April when the larvae in the stomach migrate to hind gut [this is what I have been told] so..... if everyone drenches for bots at this time of the year its simple they dont survive. Other MUST is to scrape the eggs off your horses as if they rub their mouth over them they then ingest the eggs and the whole process starts all over - good luck

explanation: The loop end of the rein takes a lot of strain you would agree - so therefore its designed to be most effective the opposite way to how its adjusted on Beauty's Beasts bridle - therefore the wrong way around puts all the strain on the weaker area of the rein - disaster if a rein breaks I would say!!!

Have just read the latest Thoroughbred news email and saw the article on Beauty's Beast - did anyone else notice that the reins have been put on the bit back to front - they have the loop end rubber reins and they are not on correctly - not very good in my opinion!!! Needs to be fixed or the person needs to be taught which is correct !

have tried to get you will keep trying... my horse loves the feed and almost chases me for his lunch he is having 2 [prydes] scoops n fibre protect for lunch 1 scoop for afternoon tea and 2 1/2 with his dinner [i dont bring him in til after 6 otherwise he walks his box] hence the afternoon tea

Thanks for that feed back I have easi performance and my horse is now eating and enjoying it I am adding oats to it and fibre protect he is a 4yr unraced but in full work [just had his first jumpout] but is light in condition he is eating 1 1/2 prydes scoops with a little fibre pro for brunch [wont eat breakfast] and 2 1/2 scoops with 1 scoop oats and 2 scoops fibre protect for dinner has hay and is outside most of the day on grass [all sccops quoted are prydes measure] so now am waiting for him to build up a bit I think its going to be a great feed to use and the birds dont eat it like they do with some other feeds if your horse is picky/slow eater

Hi there does anyone out there use Prydes feeds to train their horses, I would love some feed back from trainers and owners, not when spelling but actually when racing , do the feeds do the job? thanks
