Thanks INSIDER. Yes, Showgate was a marvel wasn't she but strangely I never saw her race in the flesh ! But I could have included Mayo Gold and Empire Rose. Winx, Zenyatta would have to be the best Mares I have not seen race.Maybe Enable. L J M, Sir Earl Harrison and Sir Peter Tims would have won on Zenyatta when she was going for 20/20. Ridden by Mike Smith (The Jockey with Corrupt Connections ) watch the race and the post race Mafia interview. Sir Ralph Manning gets really titchy when I use the word "CORRUPT" that he used to describe our Judicial System in a Track side Interview about 178 weeks ago!

I agree with the 5ml on Weds evening. But firstly wait until the Weds. Only irrigate if a). The track is a good 3 or better and b). There is no significant showers or rain forecast. Bring on a Good track and some Great racing!

Easy Eddie ran a nice second at Kembla on Sat, he was paying 1-40 after some impressive trials and will win next start......they are on fire alright....better tracks!

Hay give us place 6 supporters a fair crack please......I only recall the place 6 jackpot pool been promoted once about 2 years ago..!! (in the whole time place 6 has been going..5 odd years or so). Place 6 is more popular than you think.....ask all the house wives out there..! Terminating pools are the way to go...you attract so much more money into the final pool when the gambler (yes me) know's there's a chance of a count back payout..! Lisdoonvarna won a trial easily recently, and won just as easily over 1100m at Nowra today at her first start in Australia. I think she's pretty special this one. She had one start here in NZ and ran quite an amazing 3rd at Ruakaka, coming from a mile back at the top of the straight...

Teddy stop! The real question was; Why would you go to the sales to buy a colt unless you wanted to sell it to the far far far east? If you are really in the racing game, fillies offer so much more and in this country at a fraction of the price. Crazy ah?.
