Overcheck 190 Report post Posted June 19, 2018 Some time early last year the TAB said that we were going to be able to bet during a race the same as some live betting on sports. This was to start late in 2018 and I am wondering if anyone has heard anything further as to whether it is going ahead or not. Just guessing but I think for this to happen, the expensive , new FOB platform that NZRB are developing would have to be in action, things would happen that quick that it would have to be automated. Might get long enough for the 2600m + races for odds not to change so quickly. Ideally you want odds every 400m.
