Well in order to guarantee a day at the races for the cubemeister ,my advice would be first thing in the morning you present her with an outstanding gift of some expense only  diamond/gold really for this one, oh and that is of course after you get out of bed !! as that would possibly be upstanding as opposed to outstanding!.

 If this has the desired effect she will be in such awe of your obvious affection that she will of course want you to take her out.....to the races so you can replenish the coffers for her Xmas pressie!!.
