Peter Jenkins 2,120 Report post Posted March 3, 2018 To win: The Dark Horses can't win The Lay Down Miseres need- Husson Eagle to win for Tony The Mainly Dollarz need- Thermal Current to win for Brian OR Fell Swoop to win for Jill OR possibly Crystal Dreamer to win for Jill if it is the sub or second sub. The Rubiks don't appear to be able to win from this position.

Right first time 1,903 Report post Posted March 3, 2018 Thanks for the game today Brian and the Mainly $$$. Us Double AAs looked like we were doing it comfortably enough but the Mainly $$$ came back strongly and it was with more than a little nervousness that the Double AAs watched R10. Two weeks in a row we were only a handful of dollars short of the team profit. Something to work on. Ad Augusta Double AAs perfectly poised to drive to the front next week. Only 2 points off the lead, and with our valuable Joker play to come. Dark Horsies faded badly in the stretch today, and looking ripe for the picking next Saturday. Their confidence must be shattered ..at least, that's the story I'll be spinning through the coming week. It would be nice to think we could take 6 points from next Saturday's game, and I believe that would be enough to see us hit the front. Well done today Dave on your inspired tipping. There was me thinking you were a problem waiting for a solution and boy did you deliver in style ! Solution found. Good stuff today team-mates Tom, Cat, Casper & Wrinkles. Roll on next week, to glory fellas. Thanks very much for the scores and updates today, PJ.

LastOf40 547 Report post Posted March 4, 2018 6 hours ago, hesi said: next week against wily old Geoff hey Hesi !!! less of the "wily" and "old" please. I am thinking I would be down in the median region of cafer's age range. The trouble with being 6-0 is that you know that day where you narrow every race down to 3 and drop the wrong one, is only a day away I was leading Pam nicely yesterday until Grunt came along. 5 mins before the race I knew that that race I was going down in, and did. But why did the fav have to win the last race at Flemington? When I had 7 horses lined up to complete the treble with my anchored "Grunt"? Yip racing can be frustrating! And there was me cheering Roland on to great win of $0 over Jen too! All for nought Roll on next week and just a smidgen of luck against TC. And just maybe an extra hour of study along the way.....
