JO'Shea indicated as much after being interviewed following his $1m Fastnet Rock colt purchase at MM Sales on Gold Coast. Question? Does he automatically get to return to riding or will he need to re-apply and be approved by the appropriate authority given that he was Dq'd not suspended. I assume the latter but would hope that no "roadblocks" are put in his way.
Trump 2,741 Report post Posted January 10, 2018 I'm not a RIU person but I'd reckon that once his "period of disqualification" is over, he will be automatically back in the fold. It wasn't a Life Disqualification.
