eljay 1,719 Report post Posted December 20, 2017 The time has started and the cops will be out in force revenue gathering from motorists who stray 1 or 2 kph over the limit. But, of course. they will turn a blind eye to one of the ever increasing problems on our highways - the trucks, especially the artics, who blissfully travel at 100 kph and higher making it impossible to pass them causing motorists in smaller vehicles to be "driving blind" or risk breaking the limit and helping the government coffers. It has been very noticeable the large increase of incidents of trucks being involved in road accidents of late. Come on you law enforcers - enforce the law without bias and crack down (blitz) these irresponsible road users who use the roads by the "size is power" rule! Write down the Rego number and name on the vehicle for any heavy vehicle you encounter breaking the 90 kph limit. Then post in social media!
