talk 308 Report post Posted October 29, 2017 This year's jockey premiership looks as wide open as any in recent years. Sam Weatherley, currently in second place is $41 with the TAB (was $81 on Saturday morning). Still looks a reasonable bet as an outside chance. Not unknown for apprentices to win - pretty sure Michael Walker achieved this, maybe even in his first year riding?

richie 1,027 Report post Posted October 29, 2017 Alysha if she wants it.Was going to back her last month but someone told me they thought she heading overseas on holiday for a month early next year.Don't know if that true or not but makes it hard to back her. With 3rd fave Lisa Allpress out injured and time unknown and 4th fave CWJ suspended for another 2 weeks yet,it makes it an interesting time.Samantha Collett riding well too but she at 21s but I not sure why, maybe it her going on holiday.
