Says the man who picked the best bet of the day Happy Clapper as his lay of the day :P:lol:

Yes at least I take a chance... you back favs everytime and most times they get rolled... the stopper the one and only... I do not profess to be good at betting ...unlike someone in here LOL.

And the survivors are ;

Taaxi 591 long lead through middle stages but questions remain over stamina.

Tasman Man 512.4 solid in trail throughout, looks useful.

D Burrow 492.5 travelled up nicely on the bridle, appears to have plenty in hand and may quicken soon.

* Premixer 482 bad check late

* Ohokoman 448.2 raced erratically and moaned a lot, breathing problem ?

Newmarket 435 behind leading bunch doing no work but looks one paced

Rdytdy 431.5 surged forward wide mid race, makes noise but might lack ability.

CT 426.7 hidden under blanket throughout, thankfully.

Southland 379.7 back of middle, looks well held

* Scooby 368 raced wide, looks average and needs more work.

* Davey1 366.1 never in contention

Steveh 360.2 showing little

Pottsy 358.5 pottering about but doing little of note

Nick 328 making up the numbers,  no evidence of any real ability

* Insider 318.4 looked good early but may not get the trip, or possibly still looking for a coalition partner to govern ( her own house )

* Gordy 317.4 also ran, slowly

* Napier 300.9 went unnoticed

* Black Kirrama 300.2 rattled the cage early but waved white flag mid race

Dillo 83.2 solid as always, never troubles the judge

* Cubes 4 ( finally in positive numbers Cubes but a bit off the pace :) ) tailed a long way off, may not be sound or genuine. Being ridden by T Jonker doesn't help an old colt.

"Raced erratically, breathing problem..." ??  Bit harsh Midge.

I prefer "Travelling well within himself, ready to let loose....".  ;)
