Quite an interesting day's racing down there today with lots of form running through the GN Carnival. Pitman qu to kick us off - maybe ex North Island horse trifecta ? Second race is a watch but for a reason - few horses with reputations clashing here. Last race is a beauty betting wise - Loriggio back to a mile I like - but slight question mark left handed ? Shame really. Pretty much just incompetence Shad. All they did was use the same programme already set for Wingatui, and tack on an Oamaru Cup. It's an aspect of racing that the people in charge don't seem to understand. I have no idea why they don't try to get it right. Either ignorance or incompetence, not sure which.
