In race 5 (the last at te rapa) I have 11 and 13 - 11 is a late scratching - if the rules allow can I have 10 and 13 - it is also my best bet

Hi Tom, you go onto the TAB sub.  At the moment it is the one you want (#10) but there are three or four horses vying for favouritism.
