GED 1 Report post Posted June 26, 2017 Problem was the owners pleaded guilty to a charge where the court is mandated to order destruction of the animal with almost no exceptions. As they were somewhat negligent in not seeking legal advice before the case, some would say that they should really be meeting their own legal costs now. Never trust a prosecutor's reassurances of how well they will look after you if you plead guilty. They are not on your side.
