Just putting the mower away in the shed and have the radio on out there due to investment in an upcoming race. Result of the Weekend Hussler Stakes is being broadcast....who the hell is the pratt on Radio Trackside at the moment??, he gives the result and then without any change in tone , so I can only assume he has absolutely no idea in regard to a basic level of racing knowledge....... "Owned by the Godolphins" Unless I have this totally wrong then I will apologise, or do we have new owners racing in Oz and utilising silks remarkably close to the Godolphin colours??. Bimbo 734 Report post Posted October 8, 2016 That would probably be Richard Bromley. I think he was calling Hawera Harewa today along with all the rest of his bungling. I was listening in the car, but couldn't take anymore so after about ten minutes I turned him off. I can't work out if he's for real or if he is taking the mickey when he's on. Either way I think Trish should have a word with him, but he's been doing it for ages so obviously it doesn't seem to matter. He is obviously unaware that Godolphin are one of the largest powers in world racing and of course huge in Oz, seems we are being unreasonable to expect that in that broadcasting role you might display some knowledge of your product and who the big players are!.
