Peter Jenkins 2,120 Report post Posted January 25, 2016 This goes without saying and I should have made this ruling originally but I'm making it now: If you are winning your match and you post after your opponent for the Australia Day leg, you must post at least two different selections (of the 6) from what your opponent has selected. Reasons are obvious. Good luck everyone N1MUE, Memphis2 and Kundalini

LastOf40 547 Report post Posted January 25, 2016 I have taken the opposite approach. I am so far behind that even if I like any of Kay's selections, I am still taking all 6 different ones in the hope one or more comes off. No prize for a close 2nd... Peter Jenkins 2,120 Report post Posted January 25, 2016 39 minutes ago, hesi said: The counter to this, is the tactic I have taken. I specifically made and highlighted 4 different selections on the first day. In the event I was leading going into the last day, I could then have covered my opponent, making it impossible for her to win, and still met the 4 different selection criteria(a rule from previous comps which I presume still applies). As it turns out, it is not an issue, but introducing a new rule part way through the comp is tricky ground Peter. True Hesi. I wondered if someone had done that. This is why Iwould be reluctant to go for this structure again in future. Good feedback.
