Swynford 121 Report post Posted November 10, 2015 On 10/26/2015 1:48:11, Insider said: What sires of mares and/or what sires of the mares dams would work perfectly with Jakkalberry? This is a Group One placed horse (by a head ) out of Jakkalberry's half sister Love the structure of the pedigree. e.g. the positions of the duplications
Nasrullah 180 Report post Posted November 11, 2015 Swynford I like reading your theories. Isn't this a case of just an exceptional broodmare with some weighty balanced bloodlines? Look at who Claba Di SanJore has been to. She works basically with everything. Machiavellian, Stormbird, Roberto, Darshaan, Danzig. This first daughter to breed Bois Joli has produced another Group one performer. Again working with all lines?
Swynford 121 Report post Posted November 12, 2015 Nasrullah, The bottom line of any horse IMO is the most powerful part of its makeup. Jakkalberry's female family has got to be one of the best in the world and I'm guessing it will have a big influence on his foals. Zabeel was a miler but he sired progeny just like his bottom line, Derby winners, and stayers, the same as his close relative Le Filou.... Carnegie winner of the Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe another. Dupilcating Jakkalberry's female family would have to be high on any planned mating.

Nasrullah 180 Report post Posted December 2, 2015 Saw an extra smart Shocking win easily in Race 3 at Avondale today. A first start maiden that ran 0.8 seconds faster than the Rating 85. This horse will appreciate more distance. Murray Baker has a top Derby horse if he is not sold overseas.
Nasrullah 180 Report post Posted March 19, 2016 Congratulations to Shocking with the winner of the Group One Oaks Fanatic being by him. The Machiavellian line was also on display in Australia with the champion mate Winx winning streak going to 9. Canelo

Nasrullah 180 Report post Posted September 10, 2016 Well done Per Incanto with Saracino winning a Group Two in Australia today. And boy how well is Shocking going. So many winners in the last 10 days that could be winning some big races very soon. Dopey

Nasrullah 180 Report post Posted May 17, 2017 And joining Shocking, Per Incanto and Jakkalberry we have- Telperion to stand at Westbury.

Rageese also new this spring from the Machiavellian Sire line. Ghibellines and Shamoline Warrior are both by Shamardal (Who is out of a Machiavellian mare) and Belardo is by a son of Shamardal. Charm Spirit also has Machiavellian as his 2nd dam's sire So plenty of Machiavellian influence out there sire wise as well as plenty of NZ broodmare's by No Excuse Needed and a more select few by Almutawakel
