  1. The Track at Trentham today an absolute disgrace. Very shifty on top an riders who got wide rewarded.MB second slowest time in about 50 yrs. Riccarton much the same. If they are going to water there science is wrong.
  2. Freeview is a digital Chanel so if you live in a Satelite only area you miss out. Whist I appreciate the online coverage 5 days on the I Pad /Phone is not that comfortable.
  3. Does anybody Know if Karaka Book 1 is on Sky this year.I have not seen it advertised.
  4. Gee you are never anywhere near the facts.Do you live in a cave and occasionally come out and post. I have read many a poster over the years but your idiotic posts take the cake for the dumbest drivel.Go away.
  5. Sacred Falls / Zabeel (savabeel) is the golden cross. They are winning all over the shop.
  6. What a stupid thing to write. Anyone with knowledge of racing would know that Jason has his battles. Why don’t you sink back in your hole you Ignorant dumb prick.
  7. Wizard of Oz has won a couple in Hong Kong for John Size. Two others to the races for zero wins. All progeny by very good stallions. Princess Mia (3f Fastnet Rock) for Waterhouse and Bott won a trial nicely this morning at Rosehill is another out of her.
  8. St Ledger Felaar Cuddle Montoya Star Guineas Czechoslovakia Lightning Son Of Maher Oaks Savvy Coup
  9. I am not defending Te Akau. I merely responded as I did last year that to get coverage of the sales as we do which is very well presented and captures the theatre in comparison to the one camera boring coverage of Magic Millions for example, albeit live streamed. If having to put up with Ellis and KFE then so be it. My point is that I am so appreciative of the coverage we get. Hopefully you enjoy Moodys contribution this year.
  10. Jess You find the sales addictive watching as do I. Whether you like Te Akau or not they have sponsored coverage since they have been shown live on TV and maybe without their initial sponsorship initiative we may not have the option of many hours of live viewing. Your criticism is totally unwarranted. A bit like watching the Olympics and complaining about the Coke Cola or Heineken marketing.
  11. Massive crowd at Ascot Park on Saturday. 6-7 thousand patrons in hundreds of Marqees in convivial and well behaved mood. Well organised and slick compared to the organisational disaster of Otago racing club at Cromwell.Probably twice as big a turnout as Cromwell so obviously a hard working committee as fields were absent of any class.
  12. I have watched over last two days and they interviewed many interesting participants. As for being the Te Akau show surely as sponsor they are entitled to some bang for their buck.I doubt it would be televised without the Te Akau sponsorship.Being an owner with several different trainers including Te Akau Waller Mckee Pitman Go Racing and living in the SouthI certainly am appreciative of the coverage.
  13. New World prices 2nd to PnS every year in surveys. Countdown always a distant third.
