Hi Everton, Unfortunately courier post does not operate on Waitangi day, this means regardless if we printed The Informant it would have sat there until Thursday afternoon anyway. Like most racing people our team doesnt take public holidays so we are simply at the mercy of other suppliers. We communicated the change to all retailers/subscribers and had a large front cover announcement of the delayed delivery last week. Apologies for the late delivery to the store, on top of later delivery Courier Post also made a major sorting error effecting our product that effected large areas of the north island. These delays and issues are as frustrating for our team as I'm sure it is for you. We will continue to pass on customer feedback about courier service and push for a better service. Pete it looks like an error was made last week with the Riccarton form not having Dead track stats. Dead stats were included in all of the other NZ Gallops meetings. Apologies for the inconvenience

Thanks for the feedback Chevy, Emergency runners are marked in the front of a meeting within the fields, however you are right to point out that previously they were also marked within the expanded form. We are working to get this updated over the coming weeks so punters can easily note the emergency ballots. We are currently running just under 90% of jockeys for most domestic meetings and expect that as the change of declaration times becomes the new norm we will see a further increase in the amount of declared riders at the time of publication. regards, Matthew

Kawiboy tuesday trackwork is now contained within the form guide (pg 6-7). Unfortunately on sale thursday means we simply can't run trackwork from the same day. Stoyd we will be improving our layout over the coming weeks based on the feedback we have received. As you point out some of the design didn't print as well as we had hoped and improvements will be made. Regarding number of riders we are working with NZTR and are confident come August 1st and the start of the new season we will have this fixed. Pleased to hear it! We appreciate the feedback and hope to continue to improve our product after what has been a significant undertaking to change our form supplier.
