Can someone please explain to me why it is that zulu bro at addington in the last race was not swabbed.. This dog has gone from winning earlyer this month in a 17.59. And won today in a 17.11... How does this not warrant a swab??? There is no possible way that a dog of age can improve that many lengths!!! Pretty dodgy to me!! And poor stipeandry judgement aswell!!

On Friday night @ 6.16 from his favorite wide draw Callahan lined up for his last time. For 114 starts 26 wins 26 2nds 13 3rds and $52,447.50 in the bank He has been a very good RACER, and i say racer cause thats exactly what he did, i am very suprised he wasnt given more than 1 ticket. But he was a very clever dog and i think he knew exactly what he was doing!! I am very proud of his acheivments 2nd in the 2011 harding cup 3rd in the 2012 Gr 2 Dash for Cash and his numerous wins by a short margin Matt roberts did a fantastic job in keeping him sound and racing for his career which streched from May 2011 to November 2013. He has a couch with his name on it and will enjoy his retirement that he thoroughly deserved!!

I have watched the replay of callahan's race a few times now to see if he was "waiting" as you say. The dog never goes of stride, doesnt put his head up to have a look around, only thing he does is run slightly wide on the bend which he always does. Balances up and lengthns out to win, and never interfered or caused upset to another dog. He was in front at jump and in front on the bend and first to the line. improved his p.b from 17.54 to 17.37. Not bad for a dog who is 4 1/2.To me if he was "waiting" he must be pretty smart dog to do so and not do a thing wrong in 80 odd starts. Compared to some of the other cheats and non-chasers going around he is an angel. My pockets are full!!
