The racist tag is a bit overused. this has nothing to do with race but everything to do with inappropriate behaviour.Tongue poking is regarded by many people as offensive.Children who do that are usually reprimanded. Does Michael Campbell break into a haka or tongue poking every time he wins a major golf tournament? No, he has class.
