Registration is free and confidential, but in order to protect the integrity of these forums we do need to verify your identity. When you register you must provide your real name, a valid email address and contact phone number. These details are confidential unless you specify otherwise.

We do reserve the right to divulge your personal details in the event of a legitimate complaint against you or legal action involving your posts.

How we publish messages

We have very strict policies about which messages get published. This is partly to prevent abuse and partly to keep the moderation system manageable.

All messages must be reviewed by a moderator before being made public. Moderators will not necessarily choose all acceptable messages, in some cases they will use their judgement to select only the best or most appropriate messages. Messages will be edited at the moderator's discretion for any reason. No correspondence will be entered into - the moderator's decision is final except for "bad post" reports.

You are free to choose any available pseudonym (alias) for your username. You will also be given the option to allow people to see your real name. This is strongly recommended - if you remain anonymous your ability to participate will be limited.
